This is a separate, non-upgradable deployment of the Whirlpool program built from the
same source as ORCA_WHIRLPOOL_PROGRAM_ID at commit hash
'b5cb6b8aa69ddbc2c868c3389f2de4f1e2709984'. Because PDA derivation and instruction
dispatch both depend on the program ID, pools created under this program are entirely
distinct from the mutable ones. Pass this to WhirlpoolContext.from/withProvider
(via the programId argument) to target the immutable deployment.
